Happy Father's Day to the man I love!

I really cannot say enough about the man I married and the person I have become because of him. Here's a few of the things that I love about him, in no order of importance! (29 to be exact because that is how old he is!):

1. He is HOT!
2. He has the most joyful, contagious personality of anyone I have ever met!
3. He love for Jesus is more than any man I have ever met and makes me seek after our heavenly Father harder than I have ever done so in my life
4. He is a hard worker, truthful and honest
5. He knows there's things that he needs to work on and change and is willing
6. He loves me the way I need to be loved
7. He is the best father to our son and brings him so much joy
8. He honors his parents and mine
9. He is funny
10. He is creative
11. He knows how to enjoy life and live it to the fullest
12. He makes me and those around him better people
13. He fights fair 
14. He is an entrepreneur and takes risks
15. He is the spiritual leader of our household
16. He encourages me in my creative ventures
17. He tells me how wonderful I am
18. He cares about God's heart and seeks to help the widows, poor and orphans
19. He is organized and clean (if I think it, maybe it will come true :)
20. He's spontaneous
21. He is bigger than life
22. He's humble...confident in who God made him to be, but humble at the same time
23. He's good at fixing things
23. He's romantic... not, but once again, if I wish it, maybe it will come true! He's working on it :)
24. He has great fashion sense
25. He loves his family more than anything else
26. He loves adventures
27. He is kind, gentle and slow to anger
28. He is raising a godly, joyful and obedient son
29. He is the love of my life and I couldn't imagine life without my best friend!

Here is to many more years of being an amazing father to our child, hopefully children in the future (no, I am not pregnant)!! I love you so much! Here are a few pictures taken by our wonderful neighbor Devin DeSantis this morning:

...and here's to my wonderful father whom I admire and respect and feel like the luckiest little girl to be called his. What a great example he was to me on who to marry, how to love and how to live life well. I will always be his little girl and I love that about him (on my wedding day) :)

High Gloss and lovin it

I have been painting furniture for a year now and love it, but wanted to try a few different things to mix it up. The latest MegMade creation is done with Rust-O-Leum High Gloss White Enamel and was done with a sprayer. I wasn't sure I was going to like the sprayer, but I have been converted, at least for now.

So, here is the first high gloss and first sprayed piece. It's up for grabs, so let me know if you are interested :)

Paint and Carpet do miracles!

Did you miss me? Well, I'm back and my life is starting to get back in order. We are pretty much moved in!
